क्या करें और क्या न करें:
विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन और कई अन्य संगठनों ने कोरोना वायरस को रोकने के लिए विशिष्ट निवारक उपायों का प्रस्ताव दिया है। 6 वर्ष से कम और 60 वर्ष से अधिक आयु वालों को सावधान रहना चाहिए। कोरोना वायरस से बचने के लिए, आइए जानते हैं कि क्या करना है और क्या नहीं।

बदला मुलाकात का परंपरागत तरीका
फ्रांस की goverment ने संक्रमण से बचने के लिए लोगों से मुलाकात के परंपरागत तरीके (गाल पर चुंबन और हाथ मिलाना) में बदलाव किया है। health minister ओलिवियर वेरन ने कहा कि मुलाकात के दौरान किसी भी physical activity से परहेज (avoided) किया जा रहा है। हाल ही में जर्मनी के मंत्री होस्र्ट जीहोफर के द्वारा एंजेला मर्केल से हाथ मिलाने से परहेज करने वाला video काफी viral हुआ।
व्यक्तिगत सफाई पर दें ध्यान
सफाई के लिए अपने हाथों को लगातार धोते रहें। हाथ गंदे नहीं होने पर भी धोएं। धोने के बाद हो सके तो tissue का प्रयोग करें। छींकने और खांसने के दौरान अपने मुंह पर हाथ रखें।
पांच बार हाथ धोएं
WHO ने virus से निपटने के लिए साफ-सफाई का विशेष ध्यान रखने को कहा है। इसके लिए हाथों की सफाई को प्रमुखता दी है और दिन में कम से कम 5 बार हाथ धुलने का सुझाव दिया। WHO ने हाथ को कब और कैसे धुलने का तरीका भी बताया है।
कब हाथ धोएं
- छींकने और खांसने के बाद।
- - बीमार व्यक्ति से मुलाकात के बाद।
- - शौचालय के इस्तेमाल के बाद।
- - खाने बनाने और खाने के बाद।
- - Animals.को छूने के बाद।
ध्यान रखें
- tissue or cover पर टिशू का इस्तेमाल करें या कोहनी से ढकें।
छींकने और खांसने वालों से रखें दूरी
इस बात पर ध्यान देना है कि जो लोग छींक रहे हों, उनसे दूरी बनाकर रखें। दरअसल, सर्दी जुकाम से मिलते लक्षण कोरोना वायरस के भी हैं, ऐसे में जब कोई आपके आस-पास छींक रहा हो तो उससे दूर हट जाएं और अपने मुंह को ढकने की कोशिश करें।
चेहरे को छूने से करें परहेज
ऑक्सफोर्ड विश्वविद्यालय के शोधार्थी एलिस्टेयर माइल्स की मानें तो लोगों को बार-बार अपने चेहरे को छूने से बचना चाहिए। उन्होंने एक ट्वीट के जरिए कहा कि अपने चेहरे, नाक और आंखों को न छुएं। वो कहते हैं कि यदि आपके हाथ किसी दूसरे संक्रमित व्यक्ति के संपर्क में आने से संक्रमित भी हैं तो आप ऐसा करके शरीर के अंदर पहुंचाने में मदद कर सकते हैं।
मुंह पर रखें मास्क
यह बहुत आम सुरक्षा है। आम तौर पर देखा जाता है कि कई लोगों को मुंह पर मास्क लगाने से बचते हैं और उन्हें परेशानी महसूस होती है। कोरोना वायरस के खतरे को देखते हुए इसे पहनना जरूरी है, जब आप अपने घर से बाहर भीड़-भाड़ वाली जगह जा रहे हों। डॉक्टरों के अनुसार, इससे इंफेक्शन का खतरा काफी कम हो जाता है। इसके लिए एन 95 मास्क पहनने की सलाह दी जाती है।
लिफ्ट(Lift) में बटन दबाने के लिए करें पेन(Pen/Pencil) का प्रयोग
Singapore के मेडिकल स्कूल के प्रोफेसर वांग लिन फा के मुताबिक इस वातावरण में लिफ्ट (lift) सबसे ज्यादा घातक है क्योंकि उसी बंद लिफ्ट(lift) की हवा में कई लोग सांस लेते हैं और बटन(button) का इस्तेमाल करते हैं। ऐसे में उन्होंने लिफ्ट में बटन दबाने के लिए पेन (pen/pencil) का इस्तेमाल करने का सुझाव दिया। साथ ही उन्होंने शौचालय(toilet)का इस्तेमाल करते समय खास सावधानी बरतने को कहा।
कमरे का तापमान ज्यादा रखें
corona virus के इंफेक्शन से बचने के लिए अपने कमरे का तापमान 30 डिग्री सेल्सियस से अधिक रखें। इससे virus के संक्रमण होने की कम होने संभावना होती है। अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप सहित कई वैज्ञानिकों ने कहा है कि गर्मी में कोरोना वायरस का effect अपने आप कम हो जाएगा।
ताजा हवा के लिए खिड़कियां खोले रखें
वैज्ञानिकों के अनुसार, यदि हम doorऔर window को खुला रखकर fresh हवा में सांस लें तो corona virus की चपेट में आने से बचा जा सकता है। Singapore में मुख्य स्वास्थ्य वैज्ञानिक चोर्थ चुहान के अनुसार ताजी हवा में corona virus फैल नहीं पाते हैं। कोशिश करें कि आपके bedroom और guest room की दरवाजे ,खिड़कियां खुली रहें।

Introduction to PHP
PHP एक open source server side scripting लैंग्वेज है। PHP dynamic webpages develop करने के लिए use की जाती है। PHP का पूरा नाम PHP Hypertext Preprocessor है। पहले इसे Personal Home Pages के नाम से जाना जाता था।
PHP in Hindi: PHP एक सर्वर साइड स्क्रिप्टिंग भाषा है। यही है, यह एक स्क्रिप्टिंग भाषा है जो सर्वर साइड में किसी वेब एप्लिकेशन या वेब पेज को नियंत्रित करने के लिए उपयोगी है। वर्तमान में, 70% से अधिक वेब साइट्स और वेब एप्लिकेशन अपाचे वेब सर्वर पर चलते हैं और अपाचे वेब सर्वर पर सबसे अधिक उपयोग की जाने वाली स्क्रिप्टिंग भाषा PHP है, जो किसी अन्य वेब स्क्रिप्टिंग भाषा की तुलना में बहुत सरल है।

इसका Full नाम pretty good privacy है। यह एक encryption तथा decryption Computer program है जो कि इंटरनेट में Email messages को encrypt तथा decrypt करने के लिए use में लाया जाता है।
PGP, public key cryptography की विधि पर आधारित है। इसमें दो keys का use किया जाता है। message को encrypt करने वाली key को public के लिए रखा जाता है और message को decrypt करने वाली key को secret रखा जाता है।

PGP public key प्रणाली की एक भिन्नता का उपयोग करता है। इस प्रणाली में, प्रत्येक उपयोगकर्ता के पास एक encryption key है जो सार्वजनिक रूप से ज्ञात है और एक private key है जो केवल उस उपयोगकर्ता के लिए जानी जाती है। आप एक message encrypt करते हैं जिसे आप किसी और को भेजते हैं। जब वे इसे प्राप्त करते हैं, तो वे इसे अपनी private key का उपयोग करके decrypt करते हैं। चूँकि संपूर्ण message को एन्क्रिप्ट करना समय लेने वाला हो सकता है, PGP संदेश को एन्क्रिप्ट करने के लिए तेज़ encryption algorithm का उपयोग करता है और फिर public key का उपयोग करके उस small key को एन्क्रिप्ट करता है जिसका उपयोग संपूर्ण संदेश को encrypt करने के लिए किया गया था। encrypt किए गए संदेश और छोटी कुंजी दोनों को रिसीवर को भेजा जाता है, जो पहले small key को decrypt करने के लिए रिसीवर की निजी कुंजी का उपयोग करता है और फिर संदेश को decrypt करने के लिए उस कुंजी का उपयोग करता
PGP In English :
PGP uses a variation of the public key system. In this system, each user has an encryption key that is publicly known and is a private key that is known only for that user. You encrypt a message that you send to someone else. When they receive it, they decrypt it using its own private key. Because encrypting the entire message can be time-consuming, PGP uses the fast encryption algorithm to encrypt the message and then encrypts the small key using the public key that is used to encrypt the entire message it was done. Both encrypted messages and small keys are sent to the receiver, which first uses the receiver's private key to decrypt a small key and then uses that key to decrypt the message.

UP Board रिजल्ट 2019 | UP मध्यम शिक्षा परिषद या UPMSP द्वारा शीघ्र ही Class 10 और 12 UP Board परीक्षा के परिणाम घोषित करने की उम्मीद है। 10 वीं और 12 वीं दोनों कक्षाओं के लिए यूपी बोर्ड परिणाम 2019 को UPMSP की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट upmsp.edu.in या upresults.nic.in पर जारी किया जाएगा। उत्तर प्रदेश बोर्ड Class 10 परिणाम और UP Board Class 12 परिणाम को Download करने के लिए, यूपी बोर्ड के छात्र examresults.net पर भी जा सकते हैं। UP Board के छात्र जो अपनी कक्षा 10 और 12 परीक्षा के लिए उपस्थित हुए थे, उन्हें अपने उत्तर प्रदेश बोर्ड परिणाम को जल्दी से देखने के लिए अपने Admit card या हॉल टिकट के साथ Ready होना चाहिए।
