A new Instagram update

• Instagram users vented on social media Thursday ,after a new app update introduced a polarizing new way to browse through your feed. 
• Instead of being able to swipe vertically to see your timeline, Instagram is now forcing users to tap or swipe horizontally.

Photo-Sharing Social Media Site Instagram has apologized after bringing a big change in the way users interact with their app - leading to an online outreach and switching systems within an hour. 

• Tapping a picture in the middle of the image started to "resemble" the image.
• But instead of vertically scrolling.
•  It was necessary for users to tap the right or left side of the image to move on to the next picture or video, with a progress bar indicating how far they were through their newsfeed.
